It is a commercial building, developed on a 337.70 m2 rectangular-shaped plot of land with a flat topography. It is a building that has a total of 3 constituted premises, raised on 3 levels.
This project was built with 12 maritime recycled containers, planted in such a way that no concrete was used other than for the foundation.
The containers provide structural self-support, which is complemented by a steel grid and recycled wood mezzanines.
